I went shopping at the Raleigh Farmer's Market last Saturday and couldn't help myself...I bought tons of pumpkins! They have the best selection...colors, shapes, sizes. If you're looking for pumpkins, squash, gourds, and live around Raleigh, you'll have to visit!
I got about 20 of these little white pumpkins because they were so inexpensive and I can use them for several decorating projects.
I used a lot of what I already had on hand to fill the box up, but mixed in the pumpkins, pine cones, twigs, leaves, and walnuts for a fall feel...

ReplyDeleteThat looks great, Kristen! I love those little white pumpkins! They work great for fitting in to small spots and look wonderful when you have a bunch together. I am looking forward to getting some myself. I think I may bring a few for display purposes, too, when I do my market in November.

ReplyDeleteGirl, that box is just divine! I may have to get The Hubbs to break out his power tools (stand back!) and create me one for my breakfast table. I just love the colors. The white pumpkins and the soft blues.

This is so unique and beautiful! I love the white pumpkins and I love the planter's box as well. It is so personal. I'm also loving how this is such a modern twist to autumn, but remains rustic and truly captures that warm fall feeling. Gorgeous.

ReplyDeleteSo pretty, Kristen--I love the big white Cinderella pumpkin you've got placed on the chair in the next to last photo! I looked high and low for walnuts in the shell to use for decorating, and couldn't find them anywhere here--it's just too early for them in my neck of the woods, apparently. So I used wine corks instead--they're always in season!
